Two Italians hostage by the Maoists in Kandhamal, Odisha. Maoists claim 13 demands, including end to anti-Naxal operations.  Bosusco Paolo and Claudio Colangelo are still in Maoists custody. Maoists accuse the tribals of the objectionable images were taken. Italian officials said, but he was just on a trip.

The Italian government is mounting pressure to strengthen their early release with the State Administration of trouble. 13 Maoists demand, the main of which is to bring all the anti-Naxal operations. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik to appeal, but still do not come forward to talk to Naxals.

“We take them as we can see them waiting for a sign,” Patnaik said.

Just one year ago, a similar hostage crisis Malakangiri district collector kidnapped for eight days. It was about this time, the Government of Odisha through the same ordeal, if not more can be done.
