Justice Radhakrushna Patra, Chairman, Orissa Human Rights Commission has called for some amendments to give more power to the commission under Human Rights Act. Justice Patra says “amendment is required to ensure enforcement of the lows”. He praised the State Govt. for implementing their suggestions in all most all cases. He stated this while attainding the annual function of Lingaraj Law college students union under Berhampur University.
