An interim stay order has been passed by the state Administrative Tribunal, Orissa at Bhubaneswar on publication of result for the post of police sub inspectors vivo-voce test for the allegation of mal practice of some candidates during the written examination conducted in December 2011. Some aspirant unsuccessful in the police SI test had moved to the SAT for cancellation of final written exam and results which were published on 3^rd of March this year. In their petition they have also prayed not to conduct viva – voce of the exam as some of the eligible aspirants will not be able to attain the same.
